Frank remotely configured my radio to pick up traffic on a local tower I was having trouble with. He was quick, efficient, knowledgeable, and he solved my problem.

Frank remotely programmed my sds200 cannot ask for better service than the convenience,knowledge,A++ Get in where u fit in and get ur radio needs taken care of from Frank. Will definitely be using him again to get me up and going with proscan.
This man is the real deal explains everything that you need to know and answers all the questions you may have. At first I was worried about doing remote access but walked me through it all and explained. What he is allowed to do and what not. I highly recommend him

I was having slow scan speed and missing transmissions, Thanks to Frank i am hear everything and he streamlined my favorites list. He is very understanding and was calm as i am not computer savvy I highly recommend this guy amazing work
Retired Firefighter here, Have a SDS100 & SDS200. I barely can listen to local Departments. Contacted the Sanner Doctor and Frank never made me feel stupid. He asked who I wanted to Program and got Both of mine programed. He was amazing. I can not thank him enough, Money very well Spent!!!!! Max VA
